With our new charity status, ChoirBLAST is even more committed to making a difference through the power of contemporary choral music. Our charitable objectives are focused on two key areas:

We aim to foster public appreciation and participation in the art of music—particularly group singing—by creating choirs and offering opportunities to perform at public events. This is about more than just singing; it’s about building confidence, joy, and community through music. -
Providing Accessible Music Facilities
We’re dedicated to creating opportunities where people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds can come together to enjoy the art of music. Whether it’s through choirs in schools, charities, or care homes, we want to ensure that everyone has the chance to experience the life-changing power of group singing.

The Meath Epilepsy Charity
The Meath is a modern, progressive charity supporting people with severe epilepsy, plus learning and physical disabilities and autism.
The Meath plays an integral part in the life of Godalming. In addition to a residential home providing support services and accommodation for up to 72 people, The Meath shop on Godalming High Street is the creative arm - representing a collective of artists with complex neuro-diverse and physical support needs. The artists work alongside instructors to create artworks which are developed into designer products for sale including cards, bags, toiletries and scarves – you can buy all your gifts and souvenirs here!
ChoirBLAST has a personal link to The Meath too –Phoebe, our Director, runs The Meath Backstage Choir for the residents each week, singing and signing in Makaton. As well as providing a safe space for self-expression, and self-confidence and assisting neuro and physical exercise, the choir take part in The Meath fundraising Christmas service in central London each year, as well as performing at the ATOM Festival.

halow project
halow project is a Surrey-based charity that nurtures young 16+ people with learning disabilities to reach their potential and lead meaningful and independent lives. halow supports over 190 young people to build relationships, become part of the community, find employment, and have their own homes.
halow run a variety of projects that put young people at the forefront of decision-making. Their full diary of events incorporates sports, the arts, trips, bowling, discos and workshops. ChoirBLAST Director, Phoebe runs a choir with halow, encouraging self-expression through song and movement – and performance, at their annual charity Christmas concert in Guildford and at ATOM’s Festival.
